Disturbed

Disturbed – to amerykański zespół muzyczny co do którego nie ma jasności w klasyfikacji ich rodzaju muzyki. Niektórzy twierdzą, że jest to zespół numetalowy, inni, że hardrocowy lub heavymetalowy. Dla mnie to po prostu Disturbed. Czasem ciężki, mocny ale i melodyjny. Świetny wokal i klimat z ogromnym ładunkiem energii.

Disturbed został założony w 1996 roku w Chicago przez Dana Donegana – gitara, Steve'a Kmaka – gitara basowa, oraz Mike'a Wengrena – perkusja. Wokalista David Draiman dołączył do grupy nieco później.

Ciekawostki…

David Draiman śpiewał jako kantor w synagodze, poza tym ciekawą sprawą jest jego wykształcenie Draiman uczęszczał do Loyola University, gdzie ukończył trzy specjalizacje: biznes, nauki polityczne i filozofię. Zanim wstąpił do zespołu, rozważał studiowanie prawa…więc co skłoniło go do zmiany planów życiowych???

W 2000 roku Disturbed wydał pierwszą płytę The Sickness,

w2002 roku drugą, nieco lżejszą Believe,

w 2004 Music is a weapon II,

w 2005 Ten Thousand Fists.

Na początek podam tylko utworki, które na tyle mnie oczarowały, że po ich wysłuchaniu zaczęłam szperać w twórczości zespołu: Prayer.
